What do you like best about DonorPerfect?

Navigating the platform is straightforward, and it offers all the features you need at a much lower cost. The customer support team is excellent and consistently responsive. Beyond what is included with DonorPerfect, the integration of Constant Contact and Givecloud has been especially valuable, as we use these tools regularly. My colleague and I access the database daily. We have also recently started using SimpleTix, which has proven to be an effective solution for our ticketing requirements. What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?

I wish the online forms were a little less clunky. The new drag and drop forms are a step in the right direction, but I miss having the ability to see who has given to that form directly.

Coming from a background with Blackbaud and SalesForce, I found the reporting system to be a bit hard to wrap my mind around at first, but now we use it constantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorPerfect?

There are so many issues with DonorPerfect, I'm not sure where to begin. The backend interface is clunky and not intuitive. The support is only marginally helpful. And the demos are misleading. Most of the features they show are extra costs that require either an upgrade or an integration with another service (also an additional cost). Many of the features that are standard in Blackbaud, Bonterra, or Salesforce are extras with DonorPerfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
